About the position:
The overall objective of the position is to ensure CEPI has the financial resources to ensure its vaccine development programs, through mobilizing new investors and maintaining good investor relations. We are looking for a recognized leader with extensive experience and a strong track record in funding global health programs and with an extensive global network. A strong yet flexible leader who can communicate and prioritize well across organisations and countries.

CEPI is at a critical stage in its development. It is already a potentially game -changing organisation with a vaccine development portfolio which has been assembled more quickly than any other comparable project under development. It is also seeking to build longer term institutional stability beyond this initial funding window. Therefore, this new role will be critical in both setting direction and strategy for CEPI’s future funding.

The position reports directly to CEPI’s CEO, will be part of CEPI’s leadership team and be based in Oslo, Norway. Extensive international travel will be required.
